Mike's Heating and Air Service (MHACS) has a national account following. Various individuals from MHACS have performed work in Florida, Washington DC, Wisconsin and on projects in Guam, Hawaii, California, Mississippi, Missouri and all throughout Oregon. We specialize in repairing and/or replacing systems that other companies have either installed improperly or simply cannot repair. We have worked on all types of systems ranging from as small as 1-ton to as large as 1500-tons of cooling capacity. We are involved in the repair and installation of water source heat pumps in both residential and commercial applications. We repair and install pneumatic, electronic and computer driven Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems. When problems arise in construction, commissioning or operation of HVAC systems we are often consultants to various engineering firms through out the United States. We have been involved in numerous indoor air quality (IAQ) SOLUTIONS since 1988 and have assisted in recovering over $200 million for our clients. Locally, MHACS serves the entire Willamette Valley from Vancouver, WA to Medford, OR and from Bend, OR to Newport, OR.
